Zmagria explores the challenges of dual identity and multiculturalism through the eyes of a woman from Fribourg with Moroccan roots, who has chosen to fully embrace her long-suppressed Moroccan heritage. By reviving her memories of all the Moroccan weddings she has attended, she blends the movements and rhythms of these festive dances with her training in contemporary dance. This research highlights the experiences of people from immigrant backgrounds, while promoting essential discussions about identity and integration, thereby enriching community understanding.
