For the fourth year running, Weekend Prolongé will be ringing in the new theatrical season on the bluefactory site in Fribourg. This year’s edition will be packed with performances by artists who have just graduated from professional theatre, dance, performance and, for the first time, circus schools!
This year, you’ll be able to discover fifteen projects from the Fribourg region as well as two from the Fais Comme Chez Toi festival, the Valais cousin of Weekend Prolongé, which will take place from 3 to 6 October 2023 in Sion.
Nearly forty artists (project leaders, performers, dancers, actors and circus performers) will be on hand during the festivities to meet and exchange ideas in a warm and friendly atmosphere. With passion and enthusiasm, they will be presenting their attempts, their work and their creations to the public of Fribourg. First projects, first public experiences, first steps in an artistic career that we hope will be long and rich.
